Our team configures your schedule logic, entity structure, intercompany relationships, and QuickBooks Online connections. You review and approve — we handle the setup.

How long does it take to set up?
For a single QuickBooks Online company with standard schedules, most users are running their first close in under two hours. For complex multi-entity structures with custom intercompany flows and foreign currency, white-glove onboarding takes one to two business days.
What if my entities are on QuickBooks Desktop?
Fynease connects natively to QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Desktop entities load via monthly trial balance or GL transaction export via CSV import. Many clients use this to avoid migrating every entity to QuickBooks Online — you connect your active operating entities to QuickBooks Online and import the rest as CSV. Both types consolidate in the same engine.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. When Fynease launches, every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. If you need more time to evaluate, contact us at support@fynease.com.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data — schedules, configurations, adjusted trial balances, lead sheets — at any time. When you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted from Fynease servers. We don't hold your data hostage.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee for self-serve onboarding. White-glove onboarding for complex setups is available at $150 per entity configured, with a minimum of five entities. Contact us for a quote for your specific structure.
Can I use Fynease if my client doesn't have QuickBooks Online?
Yes. Any entity can be loaded via monthly trial balance or GL transaction export via CSV, regardless of what accounting system it uses. CSV entities consolidate alongside QuickBooks Online-connected entities in the same close engine.
