These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fynease platform operated by Fynease Inc. ("Fynease", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Fynease platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using Fynease on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Fynease provides financial close automation, consolidation, and reporting software for businesses and accounting professionals. The service includes Fynease Automate, which connects to QuickBooks Online and performs accrual transformation, consolidation, and write-back functions, and Fynease Intelligence, which provides CFO-grade reporting, forecasting, and analysis on Automate-transformed data.
Fynease is not a bookkeeping service, an accounting firm, or a licensed financial advisor. The platform automates accounting logic you configure and is responsible for executing that logic correctly. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the configuration, and for reviewing all outputs before use.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may invite team members to your account and control their access level. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@fynease.com if you become aware of unauthorized access.
Fynease is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Subscription fees are charged automatically to your payment method on your billing date. Annual subscriptions are charged annually in advance. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; no prorated refund is provided for unused months.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to active annual subscriptions until renewal.
Upon launch, new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you must add a payment method to continue. If you do not, your account will be suspended and your data retained for 30 days before deletion.
You retain ownership of all financial data you import into Fynease. You grant Fynease a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not claim any ownership of your data, use it for secondary purposes, or share it with third parties except as required to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your data at any time and request deletion upon cancellation.
Fynease integrates with QuickBooks Online under the terms of Intuit's developer program. QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online are registered trademarks of Intuit Inc. Fynease is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's own terms of service.
You may use Fynease only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use Fynease to process data you do not have the right to process, to circumvent security controls, to interfere with the service or other users, or for any purpose that violates applicable law.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the Fynease platform, excluding scheduled maintenance. We will provide notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including failures of third-party services such as the Intuit API or our cloud infrastructure provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fynease's liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service is limited to the amounts you paid to Fynease in the three months preceding the claim. Fynease is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You are responsible for reviewing all Fynease outputs before using them for financial reporting, tax filing, audit purposes, or any other purpose. Fynease automates logic you configure and is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect configuration.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify account holders of material changes by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Fynease after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
